About Child Consultants

Child Consultants is a group of Educational Psychologists in private practice, founded in 1988. We provide parents and others with independent, specialist and objective assessments of children's development, and advice about their schooling.

Our assessments are used widely to help in:

• making sensible decisions about appropriate education
• monitoring progress
• discovering why some children may not be succeeding
• providing evidence for special concessions in examinations
• assisting parents with entry requirements for schools both here in the UK and abroad
